3. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use the service only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Upload harmful code, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory communications.
- Misrepresent job opportunities, candidate requirements, or your identity.
5. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of the content, data, branding, and hiring materials they provide to BlueShift. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and support the service.
6. Candidate Information
Customers are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining any necessary permissions related to candidate information collected through their recruiting funnels. BlueShift does not make hiring decisions and is not responsible for customer employment practices.
7. Fees and Payment
Paid features, if any, are subject to pricing, invoicing, and payment terms agreed between BlueShift and the customer. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
BlueShift and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, except for customer content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate with third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, or policies, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueShift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or others, or as otherwise permitted by law or contract.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Privacy Policy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
